Hello. How long was this doing on? From what part of the world are you trying to log in (no need specifics, country level is enough). Do you use VPN (again, no need for specifics, yes or no should be enough) ?
I mean - chat server is working, and should be accessible. If it isn't - there are, may be, problems with either ISP on the server side, or something else.
