I think to the extant that one could argue that eunuchs have less-fragile egos than men comes down to the fact that SO MANY insults are rooted in disparaging a man's masculinity (at least in America).

This obviously would be less effective on eunuchs, especially eunuchs who chose to be gelded.

Took me 20 years, so pretty close to the average, lol.
