There are other threads which have addressed this and it seems that, in general, a eunuch can expect to live slightly longer than an intact male - possibly 2 to 3 years.

However, many other factors can affect this and, of course, a eunuch is much more at risk of problems caused by osteoporosis.

You could always have a small slit cut in it and use it for your loose change.
