For our "foreign policy", I would advocate having completely "open borders". Anyone who comes in is welcome to stay as long as they are people who discuss things rationally and don't cause trouble. Doesn't matter if there's a eunuch, a wannabe, or just someone who wants to know more about eunuchs.

It is called APPENDECTOMY and it is done before APPENDICITIS occurs.

It is a bit like preventing testicular cancer by castration only it is done A LOT more often.

Sorry, I had skimmed through your post and didn't see the link (I thought it was all about instructions on how to find posts).

One of the reasons why I think I would be better without testicles is that they hang outside the body and get in the way. I think that counts as non-sexual.
