There has been no mention of these eunuch risks being abated by the use of estrogen replacement...I'm seriously contemplating castration ..I take 5mgs daily of finasteride and 2 mgs daily of estrofem...Would continued use of the estrogen help allay some of the bad aspects of eunchry ?? I really don ...

I've just stopped taking estrogen and spironolactone for the second time...The reason being a lack of strength and shortness of breath....I wonder if there's a way to castrate ones self and not suffer these consequences?? Any help ?? Thanks Jackie
