Re: Memorial Day autobiography
I guess I should toss in some remembered things here, too.
My grandfather served in WW II, as did my father. Many uncles and other relatives also served in the US Military during WW II and many of them saw action, both in the European and Pacific theatres. They were messengers, cooks, 'DUCK ...

Did your doctor ever massage your prostate while the nurse milked your penis for a specimen of semem?

Uh, no penis to milk, and semen output is by this time next to nothing, so no, just the basic checks for enlargement, hardening, lumps, etc.

Yup, it does seem that the females - especially the younger ones - do have an easier time of it with eunuchs.

Re: New Index - 2nd Version Help and Comments
So do people like the stories to open in a seperate window? I can of course change that.
My vote: No Preference. :D
(I generally override the HTML on that choice anyway, and have things like stories open in a new tab of the same window. Much easier to handle in that manner.)
Good work Bryan ...

Looks good, and with the removal of the extra stuff even loads and displays a bit faster.
I do note that with selections from the index automatically loading into a new window (a good thing) that the 'go back where you came from' link at the bottom of storys has nowhere to go, and therefore fails ...

Odd.
It is still working perfectly from here. (And yes I did verify that I am actually getting it from the server, not from a local cache.)
Browser: Camino v0.7+ (2004021508),
OS: OS X 10.3.2, build 7D24 (Darwin 7.2.0)
I have no idea why you are getting a '404.'

Re: New Index - 2nd Version Help and Comments
I'd love to see a search engine that would allow searching by story subject ... You, know testicles - penectomy and such.
I suspect that sort of search may be more than is possible, though.
Still, this new Index looks really good, especially if one could click on the column headers to do the 'sort ...

This version looks very good, and, of course, also matches the look and feel of this forum. All the bits and pieces seem to display and work correctly.

While I'm sure it is not displaying well in all situations (see image), the over all look is OK.
With cleanup so it W3C validates it would be fine.

For me I saw absolutely no reason to keep it, nor did it have any serious meaning to me. I figured that the less to get in the way the better.

Damn! That's almost as annoying as a REAL spammer. :D Every time you type spam - even as part of another word - EA substitutes an image of a can of spam. *SIGH*
The only way to get it to stop that I can figure out is to not type spam in all lowercase: Spam sPam spAm spaM SPAM, etc.
