is it possible to urinate standing up?

I have just had a penectomy because of cancer,

it is not possible to stand up to urinate, they do a perineal urethrostomy (re-route). As the penectomy was done leave with my pubic area (which would mean you pee straight ahead without any shaft left to use to ...
