For real though, I would never reccomend this. Always go see a professional for ANY kind of drastic procedure like this. It's your life, we're talking about.

That seems like it would work, but you would have to make sure everything is sterile. Also, make sure to sharpen the blade before hand, even if you test it with vegetables and it cuts through. Just my theory like yours.
