Have you had your hormone levels checked? Your adrenal glands can produce alot of testosterone that isn't suppressed by andocur or other testosterone suppressants.

It's very dangerous to try self castration in any form you don't know what to expect and there's always the chance of bleeding or infection.

Re: On My Way!!!
I've been castrated 16 months now and was on testosterone replacement therapy for several years before my medically necessary castration and continued using synthetic testosterone after my castration and I got mean and depressed. November I stopped taking the testosterone and let it get out of my ...

Re: At what age were you aware of castration?
2 years old I can remember wanting to squash them like peas I even visualize them as green like peas. I knew at that age that they were what would make me into a man and I didn't want to be like my father or the other men I have seen.

Re: Noticing castration changes
I'm castrated and not taking testosterone and its been the happiest time in my life. I did have to start to take a very low dose of estrogen because I have osteopenia but if I didn't have to do that i wouldn't have. I was totally fine with how I was feeling. YMMV

Re: Noticing castration changes
My family has noticed that I'm no longer aggresive towards them and I'm a better person now. I get along with others and am not argumentative. I'm calmer and happier now than any part of my life. I'm more level headed and can keep my mind on things without being distracted. I'm not using ...

The VA is an exception anything that they can save money on they do. I've heard of a case of a man who had subcapular orchiotomy and still had to much testosterone and died

Doctors don't offer surgical castration for prostate cancer patients now the preferred method is chemical castration. I know this because a personal friend has had his prostate removed and the cancer is back the doctor started him on chemical castration and it's working, when my friend asked to be ...

I'd love to have your library I'm trying to understand what was done to me and how it effected eunuchs down through history. I'm having trouble finding anything about eunuchs other than the studies done of the members of this site and prostate cancer patients.

I'm already castrated. Was done just a year ago last week. Had blood work done and my levels were in the normal range for a Male. My testosterone is below castration level. I'm on 2.5 mg estrogen cream and I feel great. I'm going to get blood work next month to see what my levels are. I'm not sure where I want my levels to be. Hopefully I can get a doctor to help me.

Re: My questions about testicle transplants
I've asked about it and it's an ethical issue because of the donors procreative process not being under his control. Most donors would have been from organ donors and without their concent it's ethically wrong in the medical fields opinion. Plus they say that's easier to just give the man ...
