From what i hear, castration usually requires a years worth of therapy before anyone considers cutting someone. Do you have to jump through similar hoops just for hormone therapy?

Justa quick update, will have been on Siterone (125mg) for 3 weeks on Thursday, with no side effects whatsoever. It has been a little disconcerting on occasion as i have woken up in the morning with a semi-stiff 'clit', which i have to say i did NOT liek at all, but i will continue as planned ...
