Since starting chemical castration back in July of 2005, my penis has shrunk from 3" to 2.25" flaccid and from 5.5" to 4" erect. I almost never get a spontaneous erection even during the night, though I can still manually stimulate the wink.

I have exactly the issues you describe. I am on Depo Porvera as well. I do believe that lower T levels affect your sensitivity to cold. No known Hot Flashes either.
