I think the biggest change for me is that before my castration, I did Crossfit a lot (~4 times per week), but now I mostly do long-distance cycling (~200+ miles per week).

No pain no gain! The injection method works, it is about as safe as it gets. I have done both alcohol and CaCl and not had any issues. The pain was easily managed. Come on men where are your balls!
