hypothetically, if i were to do a penectomy on myself what would i need?

i've been looking around this site for a while now and find the idea of a penectomy well... interesting, right now it is just a fantasy but i am curious to hear from people who have had it done, how they did it, why, how they feel about it now, ect. please respond to this thread if you have a story ...
