Re: Sealing off a PA
You're going to need a reconstructive Urologist assisted by a Plastic Surgeon to close one of those off. While a Urologist, could do it, those guys are really ham handed when it comes to the appearance of the repair.

You need either T or E to avoid bone health issues among other things. All that I've read suggests that either does about as well in terms of preserving health.

Not true. This is one of the best known Transgender practices in the Country with a practice in Austin as well as one just north of San Francisco. They will do Orchiectomies.

Re: I am wondering why men get castrated voluntarily if they still want testosterone
When I had my Orchiectomy done, it was with the specific intent of getting rid of the Testosterone. This due to the fact that I had been indulging in ever more hazardous self bondage and other types, of activities.
I had been on generic Androcur for 11 months prior to my Orchiectomy, but never ...

The Doctors associated with my Penectomy, both my PCP and my Gender change Surgeon, said that it was not good to go without sex hormones and that I needed to pick one or the other; Testosterone or Estradiol. I'd had enough of the Testosterone after my Orchiectomy but had to get it from InHouse as I ...

My balls on another dude and vice versa. It's kinda hot to think about. But I have questions about its outcome.

I'm just repeating what my therapist told me. She also said that they refrain from calling the procedure "Emasculation" or a "total Penectomy" any more. Now they call it "Gender Nullification" for that procedure.

Interesting new question at new Doctor's office.
Had to go see a new MD yesterday, an Ophthalmologist for an eye issue. Most of the physician offices I've been in and around the last six or seven years since I had my Orchie, just used the old handwritten forms for histories asking about past surgeries, meds and such. While the first time I wrote ...

Hi, I stopped my chemical castration twice before because of the shortness of breath. It became so bad that I was having to catch my breath just from doing normal everyday things.
