I think if I ever am able to have the rest of my scrotum removed it would be better.

I just want to thank the archive and all the members for the information over the years.

I think Mr T is no longer here but his chronic orchialgia playbook was a great help.

I think it is not unusual for people not to want to define themselves through one act.

I am here because I had the pain issue (chronic orchialgia) MrT used to be a really good resource I think. He left a long time ago I think.

Considering the risks of professional surgery the DIY or other route is totally dangerous and irresponsible.

Having had what remains of my scrotum filled with blood I would never voluntarily repeat the experience with saline.

I can't imagine it was comfortable?

After several years of taking 11 different drugs I threw them all in the trash, today I take one. My rule is simple if the drug works and I don't have any side effects I will continue taking the drug.

Surgically at two different operations. 2007 and 2010. Orchialgia was the diagnosis/ reason for the surgery.

0.5 ml of ethanate IM

66.7mgs that should be. Half of a 125 mg 1 mL amp.

0.6 mL gives me too much libido... However muscle mass is created much easier at that level, more energy etc

0.4 mL is depression zone. No sleep etc poor cognition.

I think age may play a factor in the "your millage will vary" argument

I find that stress also plays a factor. I tend to use a lot more T (i.e. I find my self feeling the lack much faster) while stressed.

Also a key point for orchialgia is to have inguinal orchiectomy surgery, not scrotal. Having had one done each way I will give my opinion that inguinal is the faster to heal ...

Cream or patches did not take away the pain. I think there was some good in the inflammation reduction and muscle relaxation though.

Pain free after orchidectomy. I am 36 now. It is not the worst thing every. HRT can get annoying at times though

Topical cream is often rough on the scrotal tissue.
