Its now 3 years since my penectomy in the US. Only 3 years but it feels like it was always like this. The adjustment after the penectomy was strange at first but now it just feels natural. Would I do it again? Yes.

11000 is less than I payed for both surgeries (only cometic revision after penectomy in germany) so if the result is good it seems to be a good option.

Didnt know this was possible in germany. How much does it cost here? Would like to see the result. Probably not a very common surgery here.

I am "chemically castrated" with triptorelin so my testosterone is almost zero. I am experiencing that my emotions seem to be stronger than with testosterone what is good at the moment because they are positive emotions.
