sorry for the alarming post I last made probably before march I'm back on Depo Lupron now and no longer have thoughts about cutting my bits off myself. not having any T makes me less interested in the types of things the archive talks about so I apologize if I worried anyone.

well I currently don't have a workout routine and am badly out of shape

so for those castrated or chemicaly castrated should we do womens workouts?

I'm on a chemical castration med called depo lupron that has essentially gotten rid of my sex drive and I'm quite fine with it.
