I´m not good example but I can share my experiences. About 3 years before castration doc recognised at me a hypogonadism, my T level was below lower limit for long time. So biggest hot flashes and moods I experienced few years before castration. Now I´m almost 2 months after, no T replacement, weak ...

I've had similiar issue with urologists, if I remember well, I changed 4 urologists during 5 years, the last one finaly offered me the removal. Change your doc.

Well, I visit few doctors during last year with complaining of testicles pain, no success so far but now it looks like it moved forward. The new doc recommended new tests, incl. T level. The results should be available next week. On sono is everything ok but the pain remains :-(
