2) none - before or after.

3) possibily vulvoplasty or vaginoplasty - both options years out.

4a) topical E - not prescribed - waiting for that appt.

4b) probably E for lifetime.

Looking at the positive comments here - I do not in any way want to disrespect those that have travelled the path and with-or-without T been joyful with their partners. {sidebar - I do not have a partner, so that may colour my experiences}

For me - a Vet operated on animals.

You are not an animal. I recognize that sometimes you need to proceed that path.

If you choose to do it - do it with understanding friends (even if it costs more airfare) and with a ton of support - and at the end, a proper MD.

I consider this a really icky questionnaire, especially the part where they asked about attraction to infants, and you had to move the slider to something other than zero to proceed. I cancelled my participation.
