i think a decent chastity belt can help here as well , check for full belts . i have been in the belt for more that 10 years and i am complete impotent . the penis was over the years forced downwards between the legs and that ,i think made a differnence ! best reg. GWENY

I do prefer to wear a gaff or tight briefs and box type briefs. From experience, I have found that women compression underwear fit the snuggest and hide the package better than male clothing. my goal for the most part is tucking and certainly women's underwear does it best.

There are many on this site who have had a similar experience as you and who eventually followed through with their desire and don't regret it. There are ways to castrate yourself through injections, which may lead to a medical recommendation later on that the testicles be removed for health ...
