A little update: I'm scheduled to see Dr Arnkoff in two weeks. I couldn't mentally get comfortable with all the impact that manufacturing cancer symptoms (via injections of any sort) seemed like the best idea. Impacting the doctors and family in that way just seemed like too much...

Prophylactic on strong family history of testicular and prostate cancer? I feel like a sympathetic doc could get behind that. Yea/no?

Thanks for your feedback, good perspective and probably the verified experience of everything I'm reading on this board. Any thoughts about the CaCl/alcohol mix? Not wild about doing it many times...
