Does it happen even when on testosterone or estrogen? Usually by which percentage it shrinks?

I do not profess to be an expert (or even close to one) on the subject of hrt. I do know that there is a lot of negative issues with all form of chemical, hrt and steroids. The disclosure documents plus the various side effect blogs can create concerns.

I seriously suggest you try a period, say 6-12 months of chemical castration to get some real experience of the consequences of castration before going permanent. I did a test run of Androcur which lasted only 2 months but worked effectively on me. I did not care about my balls, my cum dried up ...

Use it as a test about you are will feel without the balls.

Could be you dislike it, so you can go back to start. ;)

With a snip, you can't go back if you don't like it. :(

Use female hormones before castration. The effect will be the same like without balls.

I'm happy that you have such a good idea of where you want to be and when you want to get there.

As mentioned in the last post it may a good idea to get on the hormone therapy first (Anti androgens and female HRT) so that any subsequent surgery won't screw your hormones up too much afterwards ...
