I would assume it will include the Guard so maybe you'll be able to serve openly long enough for a name change so your DD-214 has the correct name and you don't have to fight to it changed. Good luck.

Don't do anything while you're in the military. I know the Army field manuals state the unexplained absence of one of both testicles is a disqualifying condition, though if I believe your location in your profile, I'm guessing you're not Army. ;)
