Will enucleation of the prostate lobes do the trick? It means it will remove most of the prostate tissues but it will keep the prostate capsule, which should have no impact on continence. I'm not sure if an enucleated prostate still retains a lot in terms of sensation.

I was under the impression that the boyfriend had testicular cancer as per the poster's post. Usually, TRT is prescribed as a hormone replacement for that kind of cancer. Did I miss something in the post as to why TRT cannot be administered? The cancer that I know of that would be triggered by ...

Hopefully you'll have an uneventful recovery. Nullos like us usually end up having revisions done.
