Anyone heard from Charlenebrown?

Post by Old Greebo (imported) »

Haven't heard from her here for quite a while. She was posting an intelligent blog detailing her progress, with pics, but there doesn't seem to have been anything from her since mid-October last year.

She might have had personal issues that took up her time, but her last blog entry (20 Oct 09) didn't suggest that she'd be out of contact for as long as this.

Has anyone heard from Charlene?

I had a light chat with Charlene on Yahoo about 1 month ago. She indicated that she was very happy with her M2F progress and was happy to find her true self. I have looked for postings of her here too but to no avai.

Thank you for letting us know that Charlene is doing well. We worry when people disappear suddenly and without explanation. The next time you chat, please let her know that we miss her.

Yes thanks for that Haze.

Charlene's EA blog seems to have been hit by the same bug that zapped the whole Archive a few weeks back. I can't access it now. Does Charlene have to sort it out herself, or will all be well in due course?

The blog data base was zapped. We will try to restore them with the upgrades in the near future. But all will have to start from scratch.

Hi Everyone,

thank you SO much for your concerns, I am deeply deeply touched, and moved by that - I am incredibly lucky to have made such good friends.

I offer my sincere apologies for not having been around, I have had a million things to deal with and was severely distracted by trying to sort myself out. A lot of other things fell by the wayside I am afraid.

To update you briefly, I am now separated from my wife, amicably fortunately, who could not deal with my gender issues.

I am still on HRT and will formalise this with proper medical supervision later this year.

Have had a couple of counselling sessions with a PhD level counsellor who is experienced in gender issues and have had positive confirmation of my gender status, i.e transgender, probably transexual.

I am happier now than I have ever been before, and have detailed all of my experiences so far over the least 3 months on a site called tvchix. My username there is charlenebrown and I will keep both there and here updated in future.

So now I live in the house alone and can dress and express myself whenever I need, which outside of work is almost all the time.

Thank you thanky you thank you so very very much for your concerns and thoughts, i will stay more visible here now

Lots of Love and Hugz

xxxx
