The new page is intended to bring the main parts of EA together in one place, including the forum, IRC Chat, recent forum posts, recent Fiction Archive stories, and community status information.
This is still new, so if something looks odd or does not behave as expected, please let us know.
EAv2 Forum Posts
We have also completed importing older EAv2 forum posts.
For those who may not know, EAv2 was lost to the community when the site went down around two years ago. The import had been discussed before, but no timeframe was ever given, but this has now been completed.
With a big thank you to both wheelyfixed and dandelion for getting this completed over the weekend maintenance schedule.
These imported posts are being kept for community history and reference. They are not new activity, and the imported accounts should not be treated like active members.
A few important notes about the imported posts
- Links inside imported posts that point to other old threads may not work.
- Some formatting may not be perfect.
- Imported users may appear with names such as <name> import.
- Please do not PM, tag, or ask questions of imported accounts. These members are not currently around under those imported accounts.
- Replies to old imported threads may not get a response from the original poster.
- The import is mainly to preserve old EA content, not to restart old conversations as if they are current.
