Sorry to say but no, there aren't really any other websites like this one. There are a handful of subreddits, and discord communities but most of those are really purely fetish communities.

As Sakebigoe said, there aren't any other websites like this for conversation and general support, advice and socializing; at least not that anyone here knows about...
As you may have noticed, we recently managed to do a pretty good job of recovering the message base from the old site (we refer to it as EAv2), and importing it. If you were active on EAv2, tell us your old username, and request it, we can either update the old posts with your current handle, or change your current one to the old one so you get credit for all your old posts...
