Hello, i am from south east Queensland Australia, i've got huge low hanging hairless balls, and am looking for a cutter to castrate me.

You made a nearly identical post in a different forum area on May 24th of this year. At that time I told you that while you are welcome, posts looking for non-MD 'cutters' ARE NOT ALLOWED!
You have now been warned about this TWICE. Making another post looking for a cutter will result in you being BANNED! This is nothing new, it was the policy for many years on the previous site as well.
As I told you at your previous post, There is now a proper medically approved route to get castrated by an MD in a safe and appropriate manner. Look up the WPATH SOCv8. Then reach out to your local transgender center and start the process by getting a referral.
We have several members (including the board admin) in Australia that have gotten castrated there, so it is definitely possible. If this is to much of a process for you, you can also get care by medical tourism to a center that performs surgery on an "Informed Consent" basis. Several here have had it done in Mexico or Thailand among other places.
