I see from one of your other posts that you are interested in being castrated with a scrotectomy. How much looking into this have you done? I don't want to waste your time telling you things you already know...

I did notice your mention of being into BDSM, and there are a few aspects around it that are worth mentioning...

1. While you may be able to find a non-licensed "Cutter" to do you as part of a scene, this is very high risk, and extremely NOT recommended! (and we will not help you do it in any way!) However surgery by a licensed MD under proper medical care is about as non-erotic as it gets... The process is about the same as getting a colonoscopy minus the 'cleanout'....

2. We have had members in the past that have gotten fixed as part of making a fantasy about it "real" and SERIOUSLY regretted it after the event when they found that their sex lives had been permanently and drastically changed. Some eunuchs can and do get erections and engage in sexual activity, but it is best to be ready for interest and desire to be greatly reduced.

What I always say is a key question is whether your dreams and fantasies have a main theme or focus on the idea of living as a eunuch, or on the act of being castrated?

Related is if you have a desire to be fixed by a particular sort of individual, or in a particular scenario?

The WPATH SOCv8 strongly recommends (and most insurance requires following their guidelines) at least a 6-12 month "trial period" of chemical castration before surgery as a "test drive" of what life as a eunuch is all about. I think this is a very good idea, as it is reversible so you can change your mind if it is not what your expected.

Remember that surgery is permanent and irreversible, there is no gluing them back on....

I plan on using OHSU in oregon for my surgery. I have thought of being castrated for at least 10 years. I will try insurance first, go thru all the physcologicall questions etc. if I have to I will undergo without the.insurance. I would never use a cutter.
I have been nonbinary for at least 40 years but didn't know what to call it.
While true the bdsm community is a part of me, especially the female led lifestyle, it is not a precursor to my castration. I hate feeling them between my legs, I hate sitting on them for hundreds of miles driving( truck driver here). They remind me I am supposed to be male.

OK, that sounds reasonable. I like to double check because I don't want to see people do irreversible things they will regret later... As a moderator I feel that much as I love being fixed, part of my job is to talk folks our of it that aren't REALLY sure...

One minor possible concern as a trucker, do you need to worry about maintaining physical strength? Castration can lead to loss of muscle mass and strength....

Otherwise, what I always advise is to download a copy of the WPATH SOCv8 https://wpath.org/publications/soc8/ and read at least the non-binary, eunuch and mental health chapters, and preferably all of it... This will give an idea about what is involved, and also what sorts of things they are going to be asking and looking for... I compare it to a job interview in that you don't want to lie, but HOW you answer their questions can sometimes matter more than what you answer... If you start referring to what's in it, that also shows that you have really done your homework and can give fully informed consent, etc.

Awesome thanks so much. As far as driving I mainly just drive. I will also do some HRT but not sure as to what percentage levels I will undergo. I will discuss with the doctor and my mistress. I will be trying to do some fine tuning so yes endocrinologist will be important
