I don't disagree, other than to note that I have encountered a fairly significant number of novels in the SF&F world where eunuchs are present in either major or minor roles, and are not confined to just the stereotype opera singer / harem guard roles....

I wouldn't describe them as making the state 'desirable', but at least the characters are playing roles that are closer to the positions of power even if not the top bosses....

I disagree that most women are repulsed by eunuchs.
Most women I know don't know anything about eunuchs!
And most women have had a lot of trouble with men.
If women knew that a eunuch is likely to be more faithful, less angry, and more even-tempered than a man, eunuchs could become very popular as partners.
Modern eunuchs need a public relations campaign :)

Welcome to the forums, glad to have you here.... Just out of curiosity, how did you find us, as you aren't our typical member?

I tend to agree with you, both because of the benefits you mention and because I would like to see a world where being a eunuch is a 'no big deal' thing that is sufficiently socially acceptable that there is no reason to want to keep it a secret...

The fiction archive is just that, but it has a number of story universes where castration is common, many of which sound pretty pleasant for all... (and a lot that I would not want to be stuck in...) One that I've become rather fond of is
https://eunuchworld.co/into-the-age-of-aquarius/ It features a guy running just that sort of PR campaign and changing the world... I have an occasional fantasy about the idea of trying to create a 501.c.3 (U.S tax exempt) educational foundation for the purpose of promoting the idea of voluntary castration, pretty much along the lines of that story.... Likely to stay a fantasy unless we get some other person(s) with more money (and legal expertise) than I have...

Maybe 40+ or even 50+ would like a eunuch man, but, from my experience in three different states in Brazil, women until their 40s value sex a lot. Most women might not care about missing testicles, as long at it doesn't interfere in the sex live, but definitely wouldn't like a nullo.

Lizz was already an active member of EA, but didn't know about this new site. She has been a "supporting member" and sympathizer for a long time. She was even a member of the Yahoo "WATER" eunuch group, until the club was disbanded. And she stands up for this sympathy in many other places.

I remember her from EAv.2. But what is that Yahoo "WATER" you mentioned? Was there a group between EAv.1 and EAv.2? I didn't know about it.

There was a Yahoo group independent of EA until Yahoo censors deleted that mailing list. Then she heard about the old EA and registered there. And here after I told her about this current EA.

I read "Aquarius"... Very well written... Lizz would like it.
And your idea too, implement it!

Thank you Wheely! Attis told me about the new eunuch.co after the old EA shut down

Thank you Attis! That is correct.
I would have replied sooner, but was not aware of answers to my post.
