A beta blocker perhaps?
This is interesting, I actually intend to get tested for a suspected arrhythmia. I'm young of course, but my family has had history of heart defects. Perhaps I will have to inquire on the use cases of that class of medication?

Beta blockers only temporarily makes it harder to archive erection. It lowers your blood pressure and reduce your heart’s workload. Therefore in the beginning a man’s body may have trouble pumping enough blood into his penis. The effect is physical, and is usually temporary, and it has nothing to do with your sex drive.

I know that both statins and beta-blockers have a definite reputation for causing ED... And resulting in a lot of guys with limp dicks and strong urges to do something about the limpness...
This is why I suggested to Serbious that giving himself ED was probably not the best way to shut down his urges...
I have no idea about how lasting the effect is, or how well deserved the reputation is. (It is worth noting that those drugs are usually given to older guys who may be getting ED because of age, not necessarily the drugs...) But to me the significant thing for this discussion is that aside from increasing the frustration level, getting ED doesn't seem to do much to change the URGE to have sex. just the ability...
If there is a heart issue that suggests the drugs are needed in order to deal with it, I'd say to take the drugs for that, but don't expect any related ED to change the urges.
