Get with your doctor and make a pact to follow her lead. WORK with them don't work around them...

If getting to low levels of testosterone makes you feel lousy don't assume going lower is going to make you feel better. Its "possible" the idea of castration is better then the reality. A lot of us who are surgical castrates (for whatever reason) and have experienced low hormones and don't like it will tell you its not at all like the Castration Porn on EA.

Believe me I have read all the horror stories and warnings and I do realize the risks I am taking . Unfortunately there are not alot of options unless you have money to burn. I was chemically castrated for almost a year and a half so I do know what low T is about (54) and I feel better than I ever have. I just resorted to that because the high dose of siterone and tamoxifin was costing me more that I could afford. For me the reality of castration level T is what I need. This has nothing to do with any turn on for me but makes me a better and happier person.

Now that I am getting somewhere with my endo I will be working with her. I just never thought my insurance company would ever pay for Lupron depot due to the ridiculous cost. I am looking forward to doing it with the doctors help. It just seems that they dont always give us alot of options.

Everything medical takes time. Getting appointments, changing meds, waiting for labs.

Learning what you need to know to BE a doctor takes time. 4 years of collage, 6 more of medical school. Then? More for various special tracks. Thats why self injecting weird stuff is truly a bad idea. Or buying drugs from the internet and trying it out on your own. These are all great ways to get a dirt nap. Stick with your new doctor and let her do her magic!

Lupron is long term stuff so I have my fingers crossed that you will be happy with the results. Good luck!

Start taking Calcium now! 2x a day.
