Just a quick one. Here, this girl is commenting about some of her most embarassing moments. In one of them, she was having class about male reproductive system. One of her colleagues says that it might be horrible to be a castrated man, since he could no pee correctly (considering that the testicles store urine) and that they would have nothing "down there". The narrator explained to her that a castrated man only loses his testicles and thus can't procreate, but can still urinate normally with his penis. Her colleague thanked her and said she was smart, but instead of accepting the compliment, the narrator said "Oh, I'm not, that's just
obvious".
She said it without intention of being aggressive, but when she noticed her mistake, the other girl was already mad with her.

I'm currently reading Marquis de Sade books. In Saló, or 120 days of Sodom, in fourth part, where Desgranges tells her stories, some castrations happens to young boys and adults. The 4 villains also castrate some of their boys in the castle. Before that, There's the mention of genital pain as a way of excitement.
I don't recommend reading this book unless you have a strong stomach, like me (or if you're a big libertine

). It's Sade's most vile book.

"Fem dom, FLR, D/s all of those, exist because there is a sexual tension created between the man and woman. The woman through manipulation, even though it is consentual, creates a tease/denial pattern to increase the sexual tension between her and her partner. This way she can exert control and a power exchange so she can get her way. "
There are certainly many arousal based FLR type relationships as you describe but I think it is one dimensional thinking to just assume that this universal. There are many FLR dynamics which do not depend on such arousal based submission.

For print medium stuff, I'd always mention the UNCUT / Original Richard Burton "Arabian Nights" - you probably read a heavily censored version of it as a book for children (i.e. Aladdin, etc.) but the original uncensored version has a lot of relatively explicit sexual content (I'd estimate "strong R" rated, but not "XXX") including many stories featuring eunuchs in various roles, including ones about how why they got that way....
Also what I think was one of if not the first book I ever encountered (in the Jr High School Library as I recall) with castration as a major theme was Robert A. Heinlein's "Farnham's Freehold" which used the term "tempering" but didn't leave much question about what was involved.... BTW, there were brief interactions with a character that was "tempered" at age 8, and at least reference to some being tempered as infants.... (Including the potential for the primary hero's infant sons, along w/ himself, and his college age son was...) At the time I found the book very disturbing because I was much more fascinated by the idea than I felt at all comfortable with....

I read it in portuguese. There are some sites that has Sade's PDFs. This one was in LeLivros, translated by Alain François. But, if you're french, you'll probably find it in some library or book shop. I don't have a french pdf.
I saw that movie too. It isn't all true to the book, but it's good and has some extra things that are very reasonable.

I remember that, in Warhammer Fantasy World, the Skaven race have some eunuchs to protect the aristocrats's harem. It's a very feared destiny amongst skaven. I don't remember details, I'm just writing out of memory for people who are curious.
Skaven are a rat race, very vile and coward, but with large numbers and venom, in case you're asking.

I think I remember that being the case,as I recall they were called Ratwives.
I also remember one of the Total War Games (I think total war III) there was an dilemma (essentially a random event that requires the player to make a choice) if you were playing the Khorne faction (worshipers of the blood god, essentially the chaos god of war) agains the Slaanesh faction (the chaos god of pleasure and excess) called "War On Decadence". In this dilemma you could chose to either castrate your entire army which would render them imune to temptation from Slaanesh, or to could have your army go on a spree through your territory breaking into homes and killing anyone caught having sex, drinking wine, or gambling which reduces Slaaneshe corruption in your territory.
Warhammer has touched on castration and eunuchs a few times, I've also heard eunuchs mentioned in the Horus Heresy books for Warhammer 30k.

I usually only read along and never made an account but today that changed. I found a book on Amazon you all might like. It’s about a world where men are enslaved and most of them are castrated.

Love the cover art too.

Frankly, I don't think that's going to happen. However, I do like the fact that we have had prominent roles in current shows namely, "Game of Thrones". We watch a British TV series named "The Good Karma Hospital" which takes place in India. I would be very surprised if a storyline doesn't soon include Eunuchs.

Sounds like good reading. Some of we Eunuchs know our rolls and aren't ashamed to admit them. Good to see that someone took the time to write about it. Thanks.

This is a video that JesusA pointed me at, that is a REALLY strange item... I actually have very mixed feelings about whether or not I should post it here on the forum...
IMNSHO opinion the creator is seriously crazy, and this definitely falls in the 'Conspiracy Theory of the Moment' category... He starts with the Wikipedia article on Eunuchs (which isn't bad BTW) and tries to argue that "Imperial Eunuchs" still exist today and are secretly running things as closeted public figures who present as intact men and women but are really eunuchs (or possibly trans either way)... He doesn't explicitly name names exactly, but the video is filled w/ very carefully curated photos of identified public figures that are showing 'evidence' of this, mostly either celebrities or our current political leaders.... Towards the end he seems to be getting into religious themes and dragging in demons and other nasties...
Some big logic holes, like he points out that even the most powerful historical eunuchs were at least nominally servants to emperors or equivalent superiors but he doesn't seem to say who is in charge of the current lot (which seemingly includes our favorite red-head)
It is the sort of thing that EAv2 mostly avoided posting links to on the theory of not wanting to give the trackers more 'views' and encouraging the crazies thereby... OTOH I think there is some value to "know your enemy" and this didn't really target our voluntary eunuch community beyond the 'eunuchs bad' implication.
It is also pretty political if only in the selection of people in the 'evidence' photos, so please remember our general discouraging of political debate unless it directly relates to castration or similar gender issues.
I definitely would advise against taking it seriously (and hope folks are smart enough not to need that advice) but it is good for laughs...

I just remembered of one episode in Wednesday, where she unleashes piranhas into the pool full of bullies, causing the leader to lose one of his testicles. It's not castration, but it's a awareness of the impotence a man gets when his manhood is affected. I don't know if this scene was already mentioned in this thread.

In the new Reacher series, the villain likes to cut the testicles of his victims and make them eat it. I only saw 3 episodes, I don't know the details, but that's another castration in media.

Sorry if I'm being boring bringing this thing up again and again every time o log in here. But if the community doesn't dislike this, I'll keep going.
I remembered a Korean movie called Grotesque (2009). A couple got kidnapped by a sadistic doctor to be tortured. The doctor promised at some point to free them if the man allowed him to cut off his testicles. Needlessness to say, he didn't keep his promise. That's a very gory movie, but was important for my development of this fetish back then. Do not watch it if you're sensitive to that stuff.

Moderator note - no problem with the topic, there was a similar thread on EAv2 that was one of the longer threads on the forum, both for number of posts and length of time it had been going. Links to sources are OK if they are to reputable sites...

One movie where it's kinda about castration (more just general genital mutilation) is Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Pretty early on it's discussed as a part of Hedwig's backstory and it leads to a really interesting investigation in gender and sexuality imo. The movie has its problems, but overall I really liked it

I found this you tube on the castration of a man in France. He spoke in a talk show about his experience.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgNlidBOXco
It's in French, so for those who can understand all or small part of it it's interesting. For those with no ease with French earing here is my short version:
He did it around 65 to get rid of his masturbation habit that was really to consuming. Twice, three time a day, plus the sexual relation with his wife. Masturbating at work (in privacy, never got problems with staff or otherwise). He had a chemical test drive before and he really liked the feeling but find very annoying the side effects of the medications. That was a second motivation for him to go for the orchi. When he got his date for the fixing he was counting the day to go. He now testified that he is very well in accordance with his decision, feeling relief of the sex drive pressure, living normally, peacefully. There was no judgment from the other participants in the panel. On the opposite he was mentioned as a very courageous man.

Just found this music where the girl says she'll castrate and stomp you in the balls if you touch her. This is a new genre of electronic rap or trap that I just found.

My coworker likes to play heavy metal (on low) at work, while I like to play Baroque. Over the years I have very slowly and minutely begun to attempt to learn to appreciate heavy metal.

Which probably causes your coworker to think that the music is in need of repair..... (Old, I know...)
