I understand your reservations and caution, I think it's really important because once the penis is cut off, it's going to be very difficult to reattach and it won't ever be the same if it is reattached. Those who've had them reattached have experienced numbness and some erectal dysfunction. Did you have a penectomy/castration fetish before you were married? If so, where do you think this came from? I think that's the way it is or the way it goes for a lot of us men. As time goes by, we want to increase the risk level and that's because we can't get the same thrill or thrills that we had the last few times so we want to/have to go further until ultimately the fantasy becomes a reality and we do something irreversible. Maybe you should ask him if he wants to see a doctor who will chemically castrate him temporarily. That might excite him and it might also help him determine whether he can live without his testicles and penis. Chemical castration also stops most if not all erections. If he's chemically castrated he won't be able to have intercourse and his penis might even shrink.

Hi Cath, this is very true. If my mind drifts away during stimulation, the sexual buildup diminishes. I have to keep focus on a fantacy to achieve sexual buildup. It seems to me that Wikipedia has rather accurate information regarding the nature of orgasms. I understand that both erection and orgasm are functions of spinal ganglion reflexes.

With adequately intact afferent and efferent pathways to said ganglia, the erection and orgasm reflexes are still functional as reflexes, whether or not a penis or at least one testicle is present.

So I understand, and so it works for me.

For me it's not only a question of reflexes. It seems my surrenes product some residual hormone, so i can have erections and cum when my sex is stimulated.
