The rule of thumb is one brain tans one hide of the animal.

I did ask and was told that they would go to what was pristinely called "Medical Disposal". In other words, the hospital threw them out.

Actually, they became "medical waste" which is disposed of separately and in special ways like "hazardous waste."

In my days as chemical engineer and then ISO 14001 auditor, I had to learn the differences between municipal waste, hazardous waste, chemical waste, and medical waste (which may or may not be infectious - i.e. Blood Born Pathogens). I was asked if I wanted to be hazardous waste manager and I turned it down. Not my idea of a good job even with a promotion and about 10K of pay. We tracked carcinogenic chemicals and exposures. Not fun.

So I know for sure that medical disposal of testicles or body parts for biopsies and such stuff are marked as medical waste and not just thrown in the trash. Most likely the parts are cremated.

I'll also tell you something that if you have a queasy stomach, you should not read farther...

When Flight 427 crashed near Pittsburgh, I knew several groups that were first responders. The firemen, policemen and ambulances that responded quickly dressed in protective clothing. There were body parts and blood splatters all around the crash and contact with those could pass on any blood born pathogen like hepatitis C or AIDS or other diseases. Body parts were found in trees with clothing still on, and more lay on the ground and blood splats were on most things that came in contact with bodies. There were children on that flight.

I would want to keep them in a jar. Oh the shenanigans that are possible with having your testicals in a jar...

Most of us have probably viewed photos of medically castrated testicles on the internet. Or perhaps animal castrated testicles. Big fat healthy ones are certainly something to look at as an educational curiosity. But diseased ones are disgusting. One would have to have a special circle of friends and acquaintances I would think to be showing off their balls in a jar, whether removed from desire, or medical necessity. This could be pretty off putting and alienate existing friends and acquaintances who did not know of your desire to be castrated, or even if done out of medical necessity.

I can just imagine that after so many alcohol injections and now that mine are small, hard, and numb, they won't look very good when extracted and separated from my body. I don't want to even see them. They are bio waste while inside of me. If anything I would be pleased to see them soaked in a flammable liquid, set on fire, and cremated.

To be honest, some of these stories about what was done with one's nuts after castration seem to be more fantasy than fact.

They removed the brain due to the water content, the for the same reason the organs where removed. I think it when into the organ containers.

They didn't save the brain. Wasn't much left of it, since it was pulled out with a long hook through the nostrils. All the other organs, except for the heart, were removed and put in canopic jars in a solution to preserve them, but removing the brain through the nostrils pretty well liquified it.

If I ever get brave enough to have them off, I want to save them and dry them and have them made into some jewelry for my lady. Maybe some ear rings that would swing and dangle as we screw.

I don't know, there's a certain logic to this, while I had mine many considered them a hazard and now they're wasted....

Mine were cut off in a hospital so I guess they ended up in a medical waste bag like a lot of other body parts.

I was castrated in a hospital setting and they were both sent to pathology and from there into medical waste. I did get to see them, they were rather unimpressive pinkish lumps of fleash with the accompanying cords dangling off them.

I have never understood the desire to keep them once they are removed. I don't want to be reminded that I ever had them.

When i had my right one removed from the acholol injecting and they though that it was cancer, i never asked or did i have a choice in what was going to happen to it, But now its getting closer for the left one to be removed and i would like to keep in jar so i can see and know what drove me to have them removed.

I'm reminded of someone I know. He's a bit on the wimpy side and asks his wife's permission for almost everything. She's very much the ball buster type. I've seen her answer a request by pushing him backward so he has to sit in a chair and telling him, "Bite me, asshole" or "shut up and sit down". I once heard a co-worker say, "M----'s wife carries his balls around in her purse." In his case, it may be true.

I d think most men would treasure their balls, even after they get removed. Some men might hate or dislike their balls and not want to keep them after getting cut. But I d expect far more men love their balls, even when they want castration. Men forced to get castrated should want to keep their balls even more you d think.

I think pickled in a big display jar, hanging down by their nut cords, like in the scrotum positions but skinned free of the scrotum to view them would be a great way to preserve them and show them off. Challenge other men to bet whose balls are bigger. Show your sons and grandsons where they came from and see if their younger balls can match or exceed yours. Pass the family jewels down to younger males to track the family s differences over time and let the younger males compete with their ancestors for who has the biggest balls at different ages and how they all measure up to their grandads, dads, uncles, and different male relatives. Make the new male inlaws see how they compare and measure up to the older males of the family ? Who is the most hung ?

It would depend on why the dude was getting castrated, no ? I would speculate that few transgender individuals would want to keep them if they were male to female. Male to eunuch, maybe. S&M motivated eunuchs, probably probably yes, in a jar or plastic

Mine became medical waste.
