I have cut my testicles off after banding. I did cut first one out 2008 and second one 2013. After banding with two rings pain lasts about 1 hr 30 minutes and after that it subsides and disappears fast. I didn't have any complications either time. After banding I did cut testicle off within 4 hr. If you look at Trentags's video how difficult it is for him to remove band from testicles that he cut off you will realize that ring don't slip anywhere very easily. Seems that there was much longer time in Trentag's case before he cut them off because some parts were visibly black. Probably at least two days.

Have you felt any pain when you cut them off ? What happens with the stump ? Are you on TRT now ?

From what I saw on the video, Trentag was pass the point of having any issue with the bands slipping off unless he purposely tried to remove them. If he leaves things alone he would not have a problem. The compression of the bands seals off the arteries, actually they're crushed and once crushed to the point where blood cannot flow, clots form and seal off the blood vessels and arteries. There is "cell death" and "tissue death" and clotting to prevent bleeding. The process of cell and tissue death does not take long, approximately 4-6 hours, however, it does depend on the number of bands used. The more bands used, the quicker scrotum and testicle death occurs. The one thing that prevents most men from using this method is pain, however, obtaining powerful numbing agents is becoming easier. I suspect we will see more of these banding castrations in the future. Depression is the scary thing for him now.

Interesting you bring that up. When I was in the army, it was specifically mentioned in the field manuals that the unexplained absence or one or both testicles was grounds for refusing entry to the service, and grounds for discharge from it. I looked it up while I was in the Army 20 years ago.

Of course, that could change now that things are opening up in the US armed forces.

Part of the discrepancy in this discussion could be down to the difference between a piece of meat and a dead body. The circumstances: location; temperature; etc will also have an effect.

When something dies the body will almost always release urine and on some occasions fecal matter. If it is a person, such as LT's grandfather who obviously died at home then the urine would have soaked his clothing or bedding. Initially, there would be little or no smell but after a few hours the smell of Ammonia from the urine will be noticeable and after a day or two would be so strong that it might be noticeable outside the door.

On the other hand the products of decay (after a recent death) will not usually start to become apparent until 10 - 14 days have elapsed (depending upon temperature). That smell is different from the pungent ammoniac smell and is usually described as sweetish or sickly by those that have the misfortune to have experienced it.

Banding the testicles would likely cause the latter but only after the bands had been on for about a week.

Nor was it the smell I experienced as a rookie cop back in 1973 when I had to look after a body that had been in a closed apartment for about 6 weeks during high summer. The stench of a dead human body is the worst death stench imaginable and once smelt will never ever be forgotten.-

The comments regarding the odor of the dead reminds me of a shop I worked in back in the 60s. The building was far from weather tight and mice were everywhere. They liked the bottom of the soft drink vending machine. I think it was because of the warmth of the refrigeration compressor that had a cooling fan. The mice would frequently perform their own version of "when the mouse hits the fan". I don't know how long it took before the "victims" began to stink but it was strong and there was no mistaking what it was. I can't imagine my body parts giving off that same odor.

LT mentioned that when he was in the Army a missing testicle, for whatever reason, would keep you out of the military. I don't know what the policy was in the mid 60s but a high school friend who was born with only 1 ball was drafted and spent a year in the jungles of Viet Nam. We are still friends. He's been in 2 marriages and 2 long term relationships. He's fathered 5 kids with 3 of those 4 women so that 1 ball did the work of 2 just fine.

I said the UNEXPLAINED absence of one or both testicles. I'm guessing an explanation of, "because I wanted to" would disqualify someone from service. I'm also thinking that "I lost one because it was undescended as a child..." would be acceptable.

I'm guessing his missing ball was easily explained and acceptable to the military.

Im TrentAG from manmods and im happy to say im doing well since my castration i had the bands on for 24hrs before i did the cut and then went into the hospital the fallowing morning and have been healing well since, thank you guys for all of your support i look forward to being an active member of the community.

Nice to see you back. ER was was a good choice. Banding can be painful. How long did it take for the pain to subside ? Did you use any pain killer ? Did you feel anything when you cut your scrotum off ? Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
