I got my penis to shrink with chemical castration. Shrank from 3 in to 1.5 in soft, 5.5 to 4.5 hard (which is extremely rare).

Well, I used to live in Thailand, and every few months, the news will report a jealous wife cutting her husband's penis for having caught him with another woman. The doctors there seem to be very good at reconnecting the penis to full functionality, to the point that nowadays the wives know enough to quickly feed the cut-off penises to the ducks or flush them down the toilet, just so that there is no hope to reconnect the penises. As such, to answer your question, if one can match blood type and suppress tissue rejection, penis transplants certainly can work.

I have no idea why, and I can't explain it, but I kinda got hard when you said they feed the penises to the ducks. Like I think I would literally get hard watching my dick get fed to ducks.

And with the money you get for the cuck you can earn more money. After some time later with a part from the money you have earn, you can buy a new/other cuck - maybe you will find a much better model than the older one?
