Assuming banding was successful in destroying the balls and scrotum, would you cut the dead tissue away and leave the band in place until everything was healed? What sort of scar would form? Would the wound stay closed after the band fell off? Would there be repercussions or pain from this "stump?"
First, the bands can slip. That means that unless you cut your scrotum off in the parking lot of the hospital or the lobby of the ER, you might bleed to death.
Second, the stump would be dead and rotting tissue. Stinks like he. Disease carrier dead tissue.
Third, it will be the ugliest scar you've see. Something people will scream at and shy away from in horror. A real conversation starter.
Fourth, Most people who have done this have run to the ER with their scrotums attached and let the surgeons do the cleanup. They also get the mandatory psych evaluation (involuntary commitment) for three to seven days. THat's always a fun thing to describe to your friends and relatives.
If I sound sarcastic it's because doing this properly by talking to the doctors and getting the doctors to agree with what you want and why you want it is so much better for you.
Understanding yourself and your reasons (which I have no reason to doubt that you want your testicles removed) will make you a better person when it is done.

I keep playing with the elastrator, dreaming to find a girl that want to play with me (I can't ask my actual partner!!).

Hi Mescotty. You answered my post on Androcur. I guess we did this opposite. I have been putting rubber bands on my balls since I was a kid. I have used an elastrator on goats and sheep and recently bought one to try on myself. I tried a few times but could never get a band on. One evening after shaving my balls and playing with a large toy, I tried again. There was lots of crisco around lol, and I just did it like I used to do sheep. Pulled the scrotum through and then the testicles just popped through with no effort one after the other. It was a total rush! I intended to keep it on for 30 minutes, but when the timer rang I could not figure out how to get the band off! I could not get the tip of the scissors under the band. I was starting to panic when I saw a pair of nail clippers and managed to snip through the band. The time showed 45 minutes. I never go past 15 minutes now. Don't know if it is psychosomatic, but I think my sex drive has dropped since I started playing with the elastrator. I don't masturbate as much, my erection isn't as hard, and a couple of times I have not been able to orgasm. I was shocked to see the video of the young guy who was able to cut his own scrotum off after just 24 hours I think! It is fun though
Two notes:
The equipment required for elastrator play should always include a pair of cat claw scissors.
On the subject of ball play with an elastrator. After leaving the band on for a bit of time (I don't recommend over 30 minutes - but know some push that time to an extreme), there are two ways to cut off the band.
The first way causes some really sharp pain and that is to slip the cat claw scissors under the band and cut the band off allowing it to snap off. This causes an intense pain that feels like your nuts were just removed.
The other way is to hold the band tightly with one hand and squeeze. Then, cut the band with the cat claw scissors and hold the band in place. Slowly releasing the tension of the band and freeing your nuts from the band's grip makes the release process much less painful.
