Aron,

Document your before and after body and scrotum with lots of photos and a journal of how you feel to be able to closely watch and notice how your body and mind change with this surgery and with you hopefully getting the very high levels of testosterone that a man of your age normally enjoys. Watching your body change, heal up, and improve over time will show much better in photos taken of your naked body over time to compare side by side. Take the body measurements of your muscles and chest like body builders do to help track and document your progress.

You ll be glad to have all those to look back on and proudly show off when you get to be an old man some day !

Hi Brycenosak, Begoneboy and cutnbulls2ox, thank you for your support, it is very much appreciated.

I started T hormone replacement by injection 3 days ago so it's a bit early to say but I've already had a couple of spontaneous erections, they didn't last very long but it's the first sign of anything stirring down there for months.

I'm scheduled for castration on Monday morning Jan 21. I don't want fake balls and would have preferred to have had
Begoneboy (imported) wrote: Sat Jan 19, 2019 4:22 am the scrotum removed at the same time,
but the clinic I've been referred to won't do it. A second reason is that I react badly to anesthetics and would like to have everything done with a local if possible. For the orchiectomy I'm having the testicles taken out through the scrotum with as much of the ball cords as possible. I hope in a few weeks time I can have the empty sac taken off, also with a local anesthetic.

Thanks for posting Aron, we do care for you. Its an exciting time for you, get rid of your dead nuts and start to become a man. Very cool. I'm on T replacement injection every 6weeks. Because you have never had the right levels it is an individual tuning to get it right for you. The erections are a realy good sign of things to come. You are right to think that castration and scrotum removal in one hit may a bit much for local anesthetic. Perhaps a cosmetic surgeon would be a better option for the scrotum job, just a thought. When everything settles down, you could try a vacuum pump to give your penis abit of exercise?? All the best and keep us posted

Hi Brycenosak, you are right on all counts. I have a cosmetic surgeon lined up to get rid of the empty scrotum, I want it all off so there is no trace left, I think a specialist is best. I'm hoping my friends will help me exercise my eunuch penis and together with the T replacement give me the type of hard erections that I've never really had.

Thats brilliant news Aron, I'm realy happy for you! I find it quite arousing having no scrotum and you and your friends will too. It is a unique eunuch feel and look. Bring it on man! All the best!

Hi I am also from Texas and a eunuch 5.5 years and married. Life straight or gay can be pretty much the same with TRT except the ability to procreate. Best of lock and a huge welcome!

Thanks Brycenosak and sparkey49. Now that it's been decided I'm in a hurry to get it done. As several friends have pointed out, better to be a eunuch with normal T levels than than a guy with balls that don't do anything. I've also been told completely smooth under the penis is the most erotic look for a castrated guy.

Thank you Aron! You have come so far since your first post my heart bursts with pride! I know you have been waiting a long time! Slow down and enjoy, I know you will have a long and good life man. Am proud to have you as a friend. I joined EA after I removed my own sac, to help others. Helped me shit loads!! I'm in good shape for my age, I work hard in my job. Then found that a smooth eunuch is rare and hot, lol. So I guess at your age, you are rarer and hotter. Sparky49 is correct, life is good. I am realy lucky to have two awesum kids (older than you) But they are expensive and crash your car. lol. Its ok to be a benevolent uncle, or god father. The world is yours dude, enjoy and take care. Hi, I was castrated at 10 am today so I'm now a eunuch. I'm just home and feel perfectly OK. The empty nutsac is a bit sore and there is a slight ache in the lower abdomen, otherwise all fine. I'm having to walk about rather gingerly and it's more comfortable to sit with legs apart but I should be up and running in a couple of days. All being well I'll be having the scrotum trimmed off in a few weeks time and I'm looking forward to being completely smooth below the penis. My friends and correspondents on the EA forum all think that's the best way to go and I agree. I have also felt the TRT starting to kick in even though it's only been a few days.

Hi Aron, I meant to message you last night to wish you well, a prolonged power outage prevented that. Realy glad you are well and taking things easy. If you have any concerns dont hesitate to call the doctor. Congratulations! and welcome to the club. I would keep checking to make sure mine were really gone. Years after I was castrated I had prosthetics put in. Initially it was quite a buzz to have these indestructible big hangers, but the novelty wore off. I love the sensation and look of no sack and I hope you do too. Because of the amount of tissue removed it will probably feel tight and more sore than your castration, of course that passes. Your rising T levels should counter any sad thoughts that may arise. Relax and enjoy your first day as a eunuch. To infinity and beyond!

And welcome to a rather unique club. We're here for you with a host of answers from all different points of view with no judgement what-so-ever

Thanks Brycenosak, cutnballs2ox and Begoneboy for your good wishes. Yep, a proper member of a unique club now and not regretting it. I'm planning to take it very easy for the next couple of days so I don't rip any stitches. Everything I need to know is here on the forums so I'll be doing some reading.

Hi Aron, glad to hear that your orchi went well and welcome. It certainly sounds like you are better off without those dead testicles and can now arrange your TRT properly. I was also castrated for for medical reasons, so was one of my friends, we both found we needed time to adjust physically and mentally to our new condition but are both very happy now as eunuchs.

Congratulations on getting cut and welcome to the club. Unless you want kids (I believe you were already sterile) then you don't need balls and can have a great time without any. Once I'd adjusted to my castration I did perfectly well in life and have an active sex life that is not dependent on having testicles. I'd say it's a good idea to get your T replacement monitored to ensure you are getting the correct dose.

Thanks sparkey49 and Rafaella, it's really nice to get support from fellow eunuchs. It's day 3 now post castration and everything is OK. There no swelling in the empty scrotum just the expected bruising and just a bit of discomfort in the lower abdomen. I'm taking it slowly and not walking about very much. I find the most comfortable position is to sit with my legs elevated and apart. I should be up and running in a day or two. In the meantime I'm reading the forums.

Hey Aron. Thanks for your post. The ache in your abdomen will be where your cords were stretched to remove as much as they could. This will resolve itself quickly as the redundant tissue heals. My orchidectomy was done inguinally. It was many years later, after an MRI for a back injury that I was told that I sport 2 'hemi pelvic surgical clips'. These were used to clamp off the cords prior to cutting them. I was surprised that they were still there! Being stainless steel, they show up on xrays too. You think you know your own body and there is always something more to learn. Best regards, Bryce

Hi and thanks, compared to some of the guys here I don't have a of of scrotum as I only ever had small balls. Nevertheless I still want to get it all removed and 'go smooth' as I've read it referred to as here. I also have a rather small penis so I won't be packing much in my pants but I prefer to stay masculine and hope to get bigger with the new T replacement therapy.

Hoy Aron! Smooth is good. You cant go back anyway, lol. I like the look that there definatly nothing there. It also has the bonus of making your cock look bigger. No saggy balls to spoil the veiw. Your penis is a vascular organ. It inflates. The more practice it gets at doing this, the bigger you will be. Takes time man, you have plenty. No rush. B

5th day post castration now and no complaints. The stitches are itching like crazy and the nut bag is a purple-yellow color but no pain anywhere and the discomfort in the lower abdomen has mostly gone away, just an occasional pulling sensation which I'm guessing is from where the nut cords retracted to. Thanks to everybody on EA for being so helpful. I've got 3 friends looking out for me but it's been really therapeutic to post here and get replies from guys that have already been there. I think vanilla society assumes I've got to have been ruined and traumatized by castration at 21 but the thing is it's not like that at all. It probably sounds strange but actually I'm not all that worried about it and am looking forward to my new life. Sure I didn't want to lose my balls but the way I see it one chapter has ended and it's time to open chapter 2, Aron the eunuch. I don't see why being castrated should stop me doing things and I'm encouraged by some of the amazing lives and loves of the guys here on the forum.

Hope it all continues the best.

Life after is good, and I think much better than before losing the nuts and bag.

Also good to get a doc to guide the best HRT for you. Good to have levels monitored regularly, and have yourself checked over once a year, -or as the doc and insurance advises and allows.

Cheer up. Life is good!
