In a way I wish I never went to Seattle three years ago but I was despirate and stupid. That was the start of this thread and I feel it is fitting to that the true start of my journey.

80,000 views ago I was scared and rather stupid. Since then I have matured, gained a family, fallen in love, gotten angry, calmed down, and became my true self. I hope I have informed folks about the ups and downs of eunuchdom and I hope to continue.

its the season to be merry............pfffft
this Commercialized store bought excuse for over indulgence is once again upon us. I really wish I had some holiday spirit but I don't. I guess I may have some when I see my family for Christmas, at least I hope I will.
Anyway Merry "Whatever" and a less than disagreeable new year

Phil--
I'm glad you had a good time with the family. I've also ventured out west (I'm still there) and visited my family for the holiday.
I hope I get to visit with the three of you (Hi to Lucy) again soon.

Hi Phil, Hope all is well, I was worried since I hadn't seen you for a while. I'm glad you had a good Christmas. Things were good here as well, especially since I dialed back on the holiday spending.
I'm going to be in Charlotte for New Years with the family. Any chance of me buying you two a coffee?
Terry

Hey Phil,
I've never felt I had a good opportunity to say 'hi' before, but I want to do that now. I, too, found my Christmas spirit this year. Glad you had a good holiday and hope you have a really good 2008.

WOW almost 3 years since my rebirth ,hard to imagine. I can't even remember what it was like before surgery. I am pretty calm now and rarely get mad I do have bouts of depression on occasion but they are short lived. Health wise I am pretty good no breaks and my weight is heading in a direction I like.... down.

Life as a eunuch after 3 years is pretty normal. I work two jobs one as a welder, pipe fitter and the other a mechanic. Both are strenuous and seem to keep me in decent shape. I Race cars on the weekends and do pretty well. Over all I'd say I'm a normal person who happens to be a eunuch.

It is with a heavy heart I mark the passing of another from our ranks. She was a truly sweet woman a saint among sinners. None who met her ever went away at a loss. She will be missed dearly and we will never forget her. Rest in Peace sweet Christina......

It has been over three years since my castration and I have never once regretted my decision. I have total control of my temper, my emotions are in check, I am happy with every thing that has happened since. I am 100% me and I will stay that way thank GAWD!!

I am glad to hear it worked out for you. I am recovering from low testosterone due to a chronic infection which appears to have resulted from a fight when I was 18 almost 19. I am now on TRT and it has been hard. I am trying to recover from this, it has been very hard as it was not even voluntary. I have had quite drastic effects depression, muscle loss as I have always tried to keep my body in shape among the other adverse effects, however it works out very well for some, especially if it is not something that is not voluntary. Just depends on the guy I guess, but every person is different one may have side effects the other person looks at as a positive thing.

here are a few interesting facts I have come up with:
1. eunuchs are normal people
2. most in the public don't care and don't want to know
3. those that want to know either are interested themselves or get a charge out of
someone elses loss.
4. those that find out casually seem to care more than those that want to know
5. the gay community is way more accepting of eunuchs than straights
6. erections are still possible with manual input
7. eunuchs still get colds flu etc..
8. and finally eunuchs don't get raging mad they get even
this is as true today as it was when I originally posted it

One thing about being a eunuch that bugs me is being tired all the time. I was alway a high energy person but now I have to work hart to stay awake all day. Is this a sign of regret NO.... just a comment. I still would take me now over the old me any time.

And you've almost hit the 110k mark in thread views as well.
Congratulations on both accounts.

many times I have thought how would my life have been different if I never had the surgery. I have always come to the conclusion that it would have involved a box and lots of worms...... Thank gawd I did it.
