Just a short update as I can only use the smartphone.

Today its day 4 and recovery proceeds quite good. Still in hospital, having only very little pain. Today the drainage was removed, the catheter may follow tomorrow. The pressure dressing was also removed. There's only a very little spot at the reroute opening which was bleeding very little afterwards. That should be fixed soon. I also started walking around a little bit.

Don't know when I will login next, maybe after arriving home.

I don't know how open China is for this topic, but in view of overpopulation it should be welcome in your country if a young man wants to be castrated or nullified, as he won't be able to father children anymore. If you really want it, get it done as soon as a safe surgery is available to you. I wish I could have done this in my late teens or early twenties. Good luck!

I'm back home again. Yesterday I left the hospital and the journey (about 470 km) was uneventful. Even sitting in the car wasn't uncomfortable thanks to the soft seats in my 30 years old car. There's still some minor bleeding from the wound. The main issue is the swelling. Some of it seems to compress the urethra, so it is still a bit difficult to empty the bladder completely. Besides that, I feel quite good.

Well done, I hope you continue to heal well and that the final result is all you wanted.

Good to read it worked out for you. Wish you a speedy recovery (the worst is probably already behind you). I hope to follow within the next years.

Today is day 18 post surgery and I had an appointment with the surgeon for examination of the healing. The healing is within the normal range, but there's a minor wound healing disorder at the reroute. Thankfully it is not too bad so it should heal completely by itself within the next weeks. There's still some swelling and also a little bit of pain. It will take some more time.

Keep a very close eye on that. I had the same thing at my post-op review appointment, and it turned into a urinary stricture needing a second surgery. You'll probably be fine, but pay attention to if you start experiencing trouble urinating, and if you do, get in touch with the doctor quickly.

Thanks a lot for the advice. Currently I have no problems with urinating. It was a bit difficult after the catheter was removed, but it improved quickly. Maybe it is still not as easy as before surgery. I hope for further improvement when the swelling is gone.

You are true trailblazers and pioneers. I have always considered myself to be a fantasy only sort of guy. The truth is I don't have the "balls".

Until that time I'll just have to wait and settled for exploring my feeling through my stores.

6 weeks post OP now and the skin still has a little spot which is not healed, also at the reroute opening seems to be still some healing process. But there's progress, even though slow. Along the sutures there's also some swelling left, maybe half of the initial amount. In a nutshell, I'm quite happy and don't miss the removed parts at all. But undergoing nullification is not a piece of cake, you literally need balls to do it. And you need patience, as healing needs more time than expected, at least in my case.

Just a word: if someone needs a big push, then nullification is not the right thing. Either you want/need it, or you don't. Don't make your decision too much dependent on outer influence. YOU must be deeply convinced and need to have the feeling that nullification is right for you, not someone else.

So happy (and jealous) for you. Eunuch for 15 years here and hoping to join you within the next year. It is WAY past time for me and the urge is definitely overwhelming/consuming my thoughts and life.

Congrats and trust me, it'll get better. Just don't be in a hurry. I probably rushed getting back to what was my normal life at the time and it hurt like hell as a result. But no harm was done. And your remark about if needing a big push then it is NOT right for you is so on the money. I am so glad I had been able to have that for me. There was nobody else involved but my own great desire. I believe that doing it just for me and alone made a better person out of me and one that could easily handle the changes that came later in my life. As there will be changes as you evolve. This was just your first major step in that evolution. Relax and recover completely and then take life one day at a time.

Definetly agree. My castration was relatively easy and I knew the effects of low testosterone. But removing the rest is much more difficult to get used to and heal. On 6 weeks my healing was mostly complete but before this was definetly not really comfortable.

The urges are unnatural and abnormal if they dominate your life. Do whatever it takes to get rid of them. If you have been a chemically castrated eunuch for 15 years and are happy with it then it is time to go under the knife. Good luck!

I do not understand why you are so VERY negative and judgemental with your comments across several topics I read today. I am here to support others and receive support. I do not need the negativity from others, especially in the world where we live today. You do NOT know me or my medical history. For you to JUDGE me by telling me what is and is not normal and/or natural is not for you to diagnose. You are not my doctor nor my psychologist. In fact, you obviously have no idea what you are addressing in reference to me because you have no idea how my orchiectomy was completed (which is CLEARLY stated in my profile).
