Sometimes I wonder about some of the people I meet in the chat rooms. Today a person who shall remain nameless wanted a private chat with me, and, after finding out I was a real eunuch (not that many of us in the chatrooms, actually), wanted to know if I wore underwear. He seemed to be obsessed with the idea of a eunuch NOT wearing underwear.

As usual, I suppose I am missing something obvious. I do wear underpants for hygenic reasons. No matter how good you shake it, a few drops will go into your underpants if you have them or your pants if you don't. Better into cotton underpants changed onceor twicedaily. And I suppose underpants would be useful if stripped searched at the airport or elsewhere. And I suppose the BEST and REAL reason I wear underpants is plain old habit. I've been doing it most of my life, after all.

So why did this guy encourage, almost DEMAND, that I go a week without underpants? He seemed really hung up (pun intended) on this topic. In any case, I intend to continue weaing my briefs on a daily basis.

Wearing drawers is good. I prefer jockey shorts. My dad swore by boxers though.... I thought they were funny-looking, but at least you can get some interesting designs.

Personally I always preferred boxers, especially since moving to NC from Canada. They are so much more airy and cool. the problem was I needed the support of briefs, that is until 1997. Since then I have worn and thoroughly enjoyed my boxers, except of course in the very hot weather when I have been known to wear shorts with no underwear at all.

So sue me! I'm just a naughty eunuch.

What about castrated men who still have penises? Panties weren't designed for that...

I'm guessing that boxers are a good choice then (since both men and women wear them).

I do think panties would be a reasonable choice for a man who has no penis or testicles, though.

Just to show that I am willing to keep an open mind, I have spent the last week testing out underwear, or lack of it.

Panties we can forget. I like being able to pee standing up in front of a urinal. I tried both boxers and nothing at all. In both cases the feeling of the penis moving around was distracting at times. With briefs nothing moves, all is comfortavble, and I can still pee standing up.

Have you ever noticed how many men's briefs are designed like panties with no fly? The only differences are that they have a little more fullness in the front and no lining like panties. They are even offered in bright patterns and prints. Have you ever observed the similarities between Jockey elance briefs and elancee panties? The lining in the panties is actually an advantage and the extra fullness in the briefs is too much for the average man.

How do men pee with these flyless briefs? Do they stand and pull it out over the top or do they sit? I think that many men are finding it more convenient to sit.

Didn't bother trying them. As for the "feel", I've tried briefs in just about every fabric there is, and cotton is the one for comfort.

Well I find it a whole lot easier to sit and pee when at home, it is more relaxing, and less mess. But when I'm out in the public I prefer to use the urinals. It is much faster, and cleaner to do it that way. Some of the public restrooms are very gross.

Cotton panty briefs are my favorite. They provide a snugger fit and a smoother look when the unwanted parts are tucked. I sit to pee all the time.

My hubby sits all the time now. He started at home to please me and found it to be more convenient and less messy. Standing always resulted in him splashing on his pants and getting the last spurt in them. I wonder how many other guys feel this way?

I was never quiet comfortable with standing up to pee. When I was a boy, I didn't like touching my genitals (which standing up to pee would involve more of).

These days, I always sit to pee, even in public restrooms, unless they are dirty.

Training panties are the same for both girls and boys and they are both trained by sitting on the toilet. Why can't that behavior be retained when they get older?

Cotton briefs is the material of choice.

But you have to wear them inside out!
