It seems possible to make faux labia out of your scrotum if you get castrated by a good plastic surgeon. Then again, maybe just splitting the scrotum in half will give you labia. Scroll down 3/4 of the way and look at these, they might be hermaphrodites, but I think by what I'm seeing that maybe one or two had their scrotum turned into labia. It would be interesting, and it may be possible, but in this case, all fake.

I think many if not most of them are the real deal.
