I am considering doing the ethyl alcohol injection into the testes, but wanted to know is it possible to still get erections and have pleasurable orgasms after castration in this method?

I want my balls gone, but still want a good orgasm and erection on a weekly basis.

I have found orgasm is a little harder achieve after castration

but well worth the work as the orgasm is mind blowing

much better than any before i was castrated

i dont know if its related ...i have sneezing fits after orgasm lately

You need testosterone to get an orgasm. That necessitates you use a testosterone replacement therapy.

I've been impotent since shortly after I was neutered, but I can still get orgasms, although with a much reduced volume of semen (really, just a little tricckle). Yes, they're harder to get to, but they feel so much better than any I had before I was castrated.

And yes, I too have to sneeze several times shortly after I have an orgasm.

You need testosterone to have ejaculate but trust me you do not need it for orgasms. I have had quite a few in the almost 13 years of no T. May have one later.

From what I have read and heard over the years, erections and orgasms are possible as for many males, but it is not 100 %. it has a lot to do with how the body continues to produce testosterone. If it goes too low libido falls and the success rate as well. There were cases of soldiers castrated by injury during WWII that were still able to perform 20 years later. However many males are impotent and incapable of an orgasms after castration without hormone replacement. Nothing is 100% certain.

No you don't.

It's only been ten weeks, but I find my orgasms and erections to be better than ever. I am on HRT and all works fine. (I was actually on HRT for 2 years prior to castration)

I have done this and my experience has been that if you take things slow to monitor the changes, you can stop before you are castrated, while reducing your libido to a manageable state. I get erections and can have orgasms but the need for them regularly is no longer a necessity for me.

i think it didn`t matter the way you get castrated. Much more important is how your body will react to the loss of testosteron. No one will be able to forecast this. But be shure that lowering the hormone level will make it much more difficult to perform.

If you use alcohol to kill your tests may be its possible to reach the status you disire. But you do permanent damage to the cells. There will be no way back and you may end up full castrated...

I might be wrong but why the f***k would you want to have orgasms and kill your guys. As far as I am concerned (its not decited yet) but the only reason for my prospective castration is to stop having erections and or orgasms

many people are castrated for all kinds of reasons,yes most will want to be castrated to end erections and stop orgasams.

But then there are thoses who want to be castrated,and still have erections and orgasams,all people to all things and those who no longer want to be sexualy active, will i think take a low dose of T or none.

And those who want to be castrated and active,will again i think take T replacement if i am wrong about this then no doubt somone will post and say.

Dave, the reality is MOST male eunuchs may need Testosterone (or estrogen) to have orgasms, but not all. When I'm of T and down to physiologic androgen levels it takes me much longer, but I still can!

My goal was to reduce my libido to a level that better matched my wife's, not to end it completely. So far, I've been able to achieve this, first by taking Androcur for a year and a half and now by alcohol injections.

One question that I have about orgasms since I am still relatively new at this. For those of you who supplement your sex hormone with E, are you able to have multiple orgasms? Even with low T I can only still go once. Just wondering if the E rewires the brain for multiple orgasms.

Remember, that it is mostly hormone driven. Losing testosterone means lowering sex drive. You may not have that fetish for long afterwards...

I may have contributed to this uncertainty with the "Simon" stories. Neither Simon nor any of his friends is capable of penetrative sex. This is a really interesting point and was also mentioned by sduyck_2000 and doneunuch.

I realise we're all different, will have sought castration for a variety of reasons and will have responded to it, and HRT if used, in differing ways.

My own experience (I am on HRT) mirrors your own - I find that orgasms may take a little longer to achieve but are far more intense than they were before I was castrated.

Having got rid of my balls and sac I find the erotic look and 'feel' of my genital area much enhanced - so I'm not sure if this increased intensity has a psychological or a physiological cause. Anyone else experienced this?

My wife thought panties were appropriate for me after I had a vasectomy. I wasn't totally sure if she was joking or serious but it seemed harmless enough to try. While it might have been embarrassing if others knew about them, they were hiddden so it was mostly our secret. It did seem rather kinky and didn't take long before I was comfortable putting on panties every morning. They fit OK because my parts were pretty compact. They do fit even better now as the removal of the balls and shrinkage of my penis don't take up space anymore.

BTW the last time I had any male type underwear on was when I came out of my surgery. In the OR, they put an ordinary jock on me stuffed with a wad of gauze to soak up any leakages or oozings. It was replaced quickly when we got home with an ordinary feminine pad and a women's control brief to hold it in place.

It is hard to answer if you will have ability to orgasm after castration. Some people have and some do not. It seem to be very personal.

I wounder if those eunuchs who are able to orgasm now, were able to have orgasms before puberty too. Or if there was no orgasms before puberty then there was no orgasms after castration? Any experience?

I read a study once of men who were castrated for medical reasons. First, it was amazing how fast their blood testosterone dropped- they were at castrate level in 3-4 hours after surgery. The second point was that something like 15% of those who were under 60 when castrated were capable of ordinary intercourse. I wish I could remember where I saw that.
