I have been castrated only 7 months. No HRT- tried it but prefer full eunuch. Something happened today that I have not heard about. I have had no erections and no ejaculations except when I am milked. Then there is plenty of ejaculate( no sperm, of course). I got a little high and decided to see what a vibrator would have on my remaining genitals. I had not tried that. I used one of the heated types and applied it my crotch. It took a while, but then I had a mind-blowing orgasm. No erection and NO ejaculate. I did not cum in the usual sense. I never had an orgasm like that when I was a man. I could feel the muscles used to ejaculate, but only a mild sensation. I have not heard of such orgasms before, but I am new.

Maybe it was just because I happened to be high, but it was unbelievable. Not only that, 20 minutes later I did the same thing and had another orgasm like it. It continued like that for 5 more orgasms. I coold really get addicted to that- and no mesy ejaculate.

Anyone know if this is common? I am happy for it, but would like to know if others have had this. I could not orgasm like that repeatedly when I was a young man.

I'd be interested in hearing more about the technique you used and the tool. Sounds like something this eunuch might like to try sometime.

I remember that I had very different orgasms before puberty. Much similar to your description, like my whole body orgasmed from toes to top of my head. Instead of having very concentrated around penis orgasms.

Maybe this is the prepubescent orgasm. I did not have them- at least I do not think so. This was very intense. It no doubt was in part due to the grass, but that does not explain it away. Not complaining- I hope it happens again. I was actually exhausted when it was over.

Some might describe it as a female orgasm, especially the ability to experience multiple orgasms. I much prefer the milder sensations of orgasm these days, and especially the lack of seminal fluid. It's nicer, neater, and less exhausting. I think the exhaustion/dopamine response following the typical male orgasm is one of the reasons it's so damned addictive.

Have you experienced that- it was unbelievably intense.

This too will pass, if you are lucky. While I have not been surgically castrated, I have been chemically deprived of testosterone (self-infected). No erections, no ejaculate. No interesting in pursuing either. And, oddly enough, don't care.

Loss of libido is fortunately virtually unimportant. Loss of most other body functions would be traumatic, like not being able to see, or hear, or taste, or loss of a leg(s) or hand(s). Amazingly, and fortunately, loss of testosterone and sex drive is like a non-event. Glad they are gone. I suspect that anone one would freak out about loosing their sex drive, once it was gone, would not care that it was gone. Such is the power of lack of testosterone.

I'm happy that I am no longer addicted to sex. Orgasm is now when *I* want it, not every damned day because I felt I needed to relieve the drive/pressure, or because I wanted to get to sleep. It's my controllable priority, no longer my body's uncontrollable demand.

After i've been done with the clamp my body is more calm. I've orgasms yet, but they seems like squirting in the girls. In any case it's too soon to say what will be. It's only 17 days.

Although I don't miss having a sex drive or craving sexual pleasure anymore, I still do at times miss the physical intimacy that having sexual relations with my wife adds to our relationship.

I have changed orgasms since castration. I do have a "dry" orgasm in the midst of the sexual act, sometimes even 3-4 of them. They are mindblowingly erotic. I feel them thru out my body. Then , I may have a "normal" orgasm. Those I find are more intense than before castration, and while I can perform again reasonably quickly, I often do not feel the need. The best part of all is that while I am interested in sex, I am not driven by it. I can choose to be sexual or not, depending on the mood and situation.

I came close to one while still having my balls I think. I put on a dance leotard and stuck a vibrator set to full blast under the gussett and just laid down in bed watching TV. Eventually I got so damned horny and hard I wound up going for the normal male orgasm.

The thing that gets my husband most excited is when I threaten his genitals, particularly his penis, and we've done some fairly risky things. So I'm wondering, if he should end up without a penis or with a non-functional penis, is that definitely the end of orgasms for him, or can a man without a penis still get an orgasm? And if so, how? Thinking that it would be all over is 90% of the excitement for him, but it's 50% of the worry for me.

According to YodaNell, he can still orgasm with neither penis nor testicles. It's all about your mind and a little bit of physical stimulation. I've had no testicles since early June, and I can still orgasm rather reliably. Orgasms don't occur only in the penis, they occur in all the muscles and nerves of the groin.

I always worry about other issues as much as his lost ability to get orgasms: legal and medical complications, his mental health, his willingness to satisfy my needs when he can't satisfy his own, a change in our relationship to each other, etc. I also worry about his fairly casual attitude toward the risks. I tend to be more cautious than he'd like.

Thanks for the reassurance. I'm curious about how the physical stimulation is possible with no penis there, though. Does the urethra remain sexually sensitive? Is stroking the end of a stump effective? Or does one need to massage the prostate (I guess I could do that for him, but I wouldn't look forward to it)? Or is some other form of stimulation (electrical?) needed. I'd like to understand what's at the end of the road we may be finding ourselves on.

External prostate stimulation is possible. You gotta push on the perineum just forward of the anus and you'll find it. Put a magic wand right there and thank me later.

As byebyejunk stated, the perineum above the anus is perfect for external prostate massage, and YodaNell has commented how sensitive his urethral area can be. Others have noted their pubic mound becomes much more sensitive to stimulation, similar to a woman's pubis.

In answer to your question: "Can a man without a penis have an orgasm?" If the complete penis is removed along with the testicles, which includes the two to three inches of penis up inside his body, orgasm will be difficult but as some complete nullo's have told us, it's not impossible. Yoda Nell had his penis completely removed (I believe it was him) and he's also castrated, nothing down there, but he continues to orgasm because he uses testosterone gel and or testosterone patches. Without any testosterone orgasm is less likely. If the penis is cut off at the base, but the internal part of the penis remains inside, orgasm is more likely, though one of our members had his penis cut off at the base but says he can't orgasm. He calls himself roadrunner99 I think. So if your husbands penis was cut off it might just depend upon him.

However, you should be ready for it. Those who fantasize frequently about being penectomized are more likely to go through with it and actually have it cut off or removed. I know I'll have mine cut off one day and I'm not sure what's holding me back except sometimes as a eunuch, I just don't care about it. Before I was castrated the desire to be castrated and penectomized was so overwheliming I couldn't control myself and had to be castrated and was, but now that I'm castrated the penectomy desire has waned. Once in a while the desire will come over me and one day I think it'll become so strong I'll have my penis cut off. I'm just missing that motivation.

You should read the blogs from Yoda Nell, Castr8edmale, Bill, and several others. All of the testimonies of these men after having their penises cut off are positive. Bill said recently that his only regret is that he didn't do it sooner, when he was much younger. These men wanted to be penectomized and eventually it happened. I understand your reservations and caution, I think it's really important because once the penis is cut off, it's going to be very difficult to reattach and it won't ever be the same if it is reattached. Those who've had them reattached have experienced numbness and some erectal dysfunction. Did you have a penectomy/castration fetish before you were married? If so, where do you think this came from? We had a woman in the eunuch community years ago named Yoli who was raped, and from that, she developed a castration fetish or desire.
