Yes but you have take it for an extended time period. Depending on your age, genetics it could be as short a period as 6 months or over 2 years or more. Your testicles will atrophy, an after a time they will not regain function.

do the testicles need to be removed once they atrophy completely or can I just leave them there?

The short answer is no. You seem to have got the idea that taking anti-androgens is a reasonable way to achieve permanent castration. It isn't. First of all, 25 mg of siterone is about 25% of the dose to achieve (temporary) chemical castration. From
12114-Due-to-requests-chemical-castration-protocal-with-optional-levels-of-feminizing on this site: (which I strongly suggest you spend some time studying)
To Lower Testosterone:
50mg 2x Day Androcur (Cyproterone acetate) also known as Cyproterone and Siterone so you would only be taking a quarter of what it would take to suppress T.
Secondly, the permanent shut down of the testes is not the function of the drug. It is a side effect that will affect some small percentage of people who take the drug. The higher the dose and the longer you take it the higher the percentage of people that will have some permanent decrease in T, but it is never certain, no matter how long you take it.. I have a transwoman friend who started taking blockers and estrogen when she was 17 of 18. She is 33 or 34 now, and in a lesbian relationship with a bio woman. They decided to try to have children so she stopped taking blockers and E. Her partner recently had a miscarriage, so apparently, after 16 years sperm and T production are starting up again.
On this site there is a thread devoted to killing the testes with alcohol injections. (
16839-Ethyl-Alcohol-Teste-Injection/page125 ) As of today there are 1,874 posts on the thread. Do you think that many people would go to that much pain and trouble if you could take a pill for a couple of years.to achieve the same result. If you want permanant castration, your options are do something like the alcohol injections, find a Doctor to do it properly, or find an underground cutter to do it. The last is a VERY bad idea, as several people on this site could tell you, (and a number in the grave, who can no longer tell you how bad an idea it is.)

None that have been reported here. Highly unlikely.

If you inject any thing but drinking alcohol [ethyl alcohol (ethanol)]. Yes you could die, depending on how much was injected. Most likely the death would be assumed as a case of drinking bad moonshine. There have been cases of alcohol poisoning for drinking too much alcohol too fast.

I agree with transward, it's unlikely that androcur will shut down your testicles permanently. But, it may make them atrophy, giving you a trial run and an easier job with injections should you choose to pursue that route. In my experience, taking spironolactone for over a year has caused some shrinkage, and when I went off for a few weeks, 6 months after starting, it took a while for the libido to return.

If you read the thread, you will see they are talking about injecting 1-2 ml per testicle for a total maximum dose of 4 ml. By contrast a single shot of liquor in a drink is 28 ml (and many bars serve larger shots.) The process we are talking about is not going to cause alcohol poisoning.

I think your questions have been answered several times - you keep asking the same questions over and over in different guises. Enough. Do your reading and research, quit being lazy, use the wonderful search function in the forums.
