Happy Birthday to the EA's own agent provocateur. This place wouldn't be anywhere near as interesting without you around. Stay healthy and stick around for many years and just keep annoying people. Without you and Bobover I wouldn't have anyone to argue with.

Who could have imagined that you have birthdays like regular people.

I thought maybe you were just the result of some decaying weed,

and acrid cloud of fog that seeps into peoples brains and makes them

irrational.

🙏 for the kind wishes. :) :) :)

🙏 to those who deferred from uploading rather then be :( provoking.

My "special" days are survival based.

Just get through them like any other day.

And try not to feel too alone.

Suck is (my) life.

Except for special people who do telephone greetings.

My adopted Mexy-American familia.

Moi

Hard to meet new best friends at 64.

Moi, it could be worse, you could have been born at Christmas.

Indeed I always felt sorry for kids born on 12/25 or so close they got

combination gifts.

Things could always be worse, y'know. A truism.

I get Thanksgiving every 4-5 years or so with Leap years thrown in...4th Thursday in November and all that...grew up with it being basically celebrated together more often than not...don't think it affected presents since it is a food holiday.

My Mother's birthday keeps hitting Thanksgiving.

My Father's was Dec 23rd and he was impossible about opening anything gift wrapped ahead of time.

My nephew and his wife both have December birthdays after the 15th.

A cousin is January 6th

pain in the butt to be so close.

No, That's not what I meant.

He used to open any gift -- his, my Mother's, mine, my brother's, the dog's and anything that was set out under the tree on his birthday. He grew up poor and nearly an orphan (His oldest sister raised the other seven or eight kids with three different family names after their Mother died in childbirth) and he was lucky to get any gift at all. If he got a Christmas bonus then we all got the fun of finding it or participating in his celebration. One Easter we had a wild Easter egg hunt with plastic eggs loaded with $50 and $100 bills. That was a good year. THinking back now after so many years, I can see lots of things that were "his" thanks to the poverty of his childhood.

Christmas birthdays, Ha! My mother's birthday was on 31 October. She had a sense of humor about it which was a good thing considering that she was the youngest child, by far, in a family of otherwise rough and ready boys. So,yes Moi, you are right things could always be worse.--FLO--

It was River who said it. I agreed and termed it a truism.

Moi's Corollary: The security of being a moderately depressed person is you don't have that much further down to fall.
