This is directed more towards those that are just curious about castration/penectomy (or solely fantasize!) but I was curious, if you were forced to choose between a penectomy or full castration, which would you choose and why? I direct this towards those that are only curious, as those of us who find a sexual thrill in or are truly seeking castration/penectomy would have differing reasons for choosing the way we would. So, if a guy who didn't really want to lose any parts was forced to choose, I have to wonder which would he rather live without. Thanks for indulging me!

I would like to lose my one remaining testicle and enjoy having an empty sack for a while and then eventually have my scrotum removed. At some point, I might also want the head of my penis stumped.

My penis, as I'm sure that I can still find ways of achieving orgasm without it. (would like the smoother crotch without any bulge when I get turned on by an attractive female) But I don't want to lose my balls and loose my sexual desire nor do I want to have to go the "T" replacement route.

I would definately not want balls without the penis as that would be an inconvenience, a source of frustration and rather unsightly appearance for me.

I might be able to partially tollerate a penis without balls but it would not be any more than a limp and useless piece of flesh to be used for peeing. Why not just have a pee hole low enough so that you could conveniently sit to pee in comfort?

Given the choice I would elect total removal with urethra relocation. The only unique function of the penis is sexual penetration of another. It is not necessary for urination. So if not for sex, why have it?

I'm still fully intact but if my prostate cancer came back and castration was an option I'd choose it rather than go back on Lupron. I would also insist on scrotum removal by a real pro even if I had to pay for it myself. Decades later, the idea of losing my balls increasingly became intriguing and loaded with erotic significance. I'm in nvrgag44's situation as to prostate cancer; if mine came back I'd go with losing my balls as the androgen suppression alternative. Both for me.

My penis is little and puny and barely functional. It is what i'd choose to lose, plus would like to keep the balls at least for the time being rather than having to go on HRT. The humiliation of being shown off with a dickless crotch is a turn-on.

My penis could still be useful for sex once I was on hormone replacement. Thus I could still hopefully enjoy sex with my partner, and pleasure her as well. Even were that not possible I would still like the ability to take a leak in the woods as I do now.
