Cigar or other Ed medications

Just wondering if these meds along with trt will help someone who is a eunuch maintain an erection etc? I know I have heard a lot about sexual desire dying etc. after castration just wondering if with help it is possible

Yes, we think, but so far trt has been good.
Do you smoke after intercourse?
I don't know - I've never looked!

I always enjoyed smoking an Arturo Fuente "Churchill" with a young Airman. A good cigar and some single malt scotch and his company did cause a stiffening effect.
