What the hell has happened to my left testicle?

So about 3 or 4 months ago i tried to twist the testicle in the sac hoping i could reach the level needed to cut off blood flow. And i got a few good turns(mind you not the whole sac itself just the nut inside, like a walmut in a ziplock twisting the walnut not the ziplock aswell). And the next morning it was swelled like double the size and it got bigger till it was around 3/4 a grapefruit, or orange size. I waited a a few days and went to the doctor, he refered me to a urologist and an ultrasound. Tests showed it was fine basically. Then over the course of 3 months it shrank to about the size of a peanut and it is now hard it hangs up high and when its hot out and my sac stretches out it looks like only one testicle is there. When i squeaze it it definetly feels like its still alive because i feel something though its not painful, but the chords definetly feel as though they are alive because when i squeeze those it hurts. Thats basically where im ay i hope i damaged the fucker and reduced my testoserone but all in all i dont feel that much different than before.

You damaged it to the point where blood flow was severely reduced and sometimes organs atrophy when damaged. It may be "alive" but it's probably not producing any testosterone. At this point your single testicle is probably larger and now doing the work of two testicles, which usually happens. It will not recover and should be removed. Sometimes atrophied organs can become cancerous.

Oh thank god that made me feel alot better. But i mean if its still alive tho, why wouldnt it produce testosterone? Please just for knowledge sake can you pleas explain a bit more on this topic and if my doctor when examined would recommemd removal or just say "nah its good bro"

Doctors take an oath to do no harm and only what is medically required before they can practice (at least in America). He probably said it was fine to error on caution instead of having you undergo surgery that you didn't medically need at that moment.

shab,

Your damaged testicle has atrophied, meaning it's shrunk down and not functioning or not functioning like it should or did. Some people have kidneys that have atrophied, they stop functioning or their functioning has greatly diminished. Your testicle has atrophied to the point where it's no longing functioning the way it should and has withered to the point that it's useless. It might be producing a little testosterone, but atrophied organs basically stop working and eventually die/wither away.

http://www.epainassist.com/pelvic-pain/ ... ar-atrophy

This is what happens sometimes to men who abuse their testicles repeatedly. Sometimes we just go too far with abusing them and they atrophy.

"In majority of the cases, Testicular Atrophy is not reversible and the testicle remains shrunken permanently, although if this condition is detected early enough then are some chances of partial recovery from testicular atrophy and further damage to the testicle can also be prevented".

So do you think alcohol injections to my atrophied testicle would further finish the job so to speak? Or would it be best not to bother and work on the other if my ultimate goal is castration dead testicles? Maybe 1 or 2 or 3 injections to the atrophied one the rest into the right? Im just worried it might still be working, but in all likely hood what is the chances of it working because i read that atrophied testicles/shrunken still produce sperm testosterone etc regardless at normal levels.

dear Shabbube,

Normally starvation of oxygen to a testicle does hurt a lot. Did you had a good nights rest during that first night ?

Vesal.

Well i remember twisting it and after i felt like i was shaking and couldnt much more i stopped and left it in place twisted. Now it hurt it felt bad to walk and such cause it was painful but i fell asleep still after 30 minutes of laying in bed. Painful but not like i would murder someone to make it stop type of painful

Leave the atrophied testicle alone, it's not producing much if any testosterone. If you continue to inject the remaining testicle, the likely result will be another atrophied testicle. Then you can go to the urologist and ask him or her to remove them and they will since they're atrophied. Atrophied testicles do not produce as much testosterone as they did before they atrophied. The very word means that the organ has withered and effectively stopped functioning. Only a 10% chance of it ever recovering. Most of the time the remaining testicle will enlarge because it begins to take over the work load of the atrophied testicle. Sometimes body builders who use steroids end up with atrophied testicles (not abused testicles) and sometimes in these cases their doctor will give them injections of HCG hormone to try to stimulate the atrophied testicle back to normal. It these cases there is more success, but not if you've abused your testicles. I abused my testicles, one atrophied and my doctor tried HCG but it did not work and seldom does when a testicle has been abused.

Shabbube, you're one of the few who's had any success with using bistournage on a human. The method is described, for veterinary medicine, on pages 58-67 of Animal Castration by A. Liautard, M.D., V.M., edition of 1902. As it is out of copyright, this book is available on Google as a free PDF or ePub. To describe what the hell happened to your left testicle, I shall quote:

In this mode of operating, principally in vogue in the southern parts of France, the position of the testicle is so changed that its lower extremity is made to take the place of the upper, the cord is subjected to a certain degree of torsion, and then the testicle is restored to its normal position, to undergo a process of atrophy which destroys its power of secretion by a physiological action. The great length of the cord and the greater laxity of the cellular tissue situated between the dartos and the fibrous coat, render this operation much easier in the ruminants than in the solipeds. Simple in its manipulations, although still involving a certain degree of dexterity, and followed by comparatively no symptoms of reactive fever, the only instrument necessary for its performance is a piece of cord, twine, or rubber, sufficiently strong to secure the testicular envelopes when the gland has been subjected to the double displacement, and the cord to the torsion it has undergone. In this operation, no special preparation being demanded, the animal is usually treated on his feet.If you have any insight on how you got it to work, you may have just dethroned calchlorin injections as the cheapest and safest DIY method in use on the Archive.

I will describe in as much detail as i can what i did.

At first i layed in bed, this is in southern californias hot weather during the month of march im young etc. Now i lay in my bed only with my underware. I am under the sheets i stay there for 5 minutes and its quite hot so my skin is elastic and stretched out. I grab my left teste with my right hand and keep my left on my inner thigh for comfort. My left testicle is in my palm and fingers wrap around it. Now this may be difficult to understand but basically i want you to imagine a boiled egg in a ziplock bag. I twist the "boiled egg" inside the ziplock bag without twisting the scrotum itself. This takes some finese as it took me 40 minutes of having to reset because the damn thing kept popping back into its original confortable position. But eventually i am able to rotate it around once from there its easier i get it maybe 3 times in total. Note. I AM able to continue as at this point its easier to twist but the pain is bad not level 10 bad but bad enough that i was shaking from pain and my morale was broken to continue. I felt it was not neccesary to continue. I leave it in that position and do not move. You may if you feel paranoid about it untwisting to use tape. I leave it like that overight. At about 19 hours i become worrid after reading about gangreen happening should it be cut off from oxygen too long and try to twist it back. The following days continue like this. I believe i woke up and it was swolled to about ohhhh maybe double the size. This remains constant for 5 days. After that swelling increases to the size of a grape fruit. This remains that size for around 10 days. Uncomfortable but not painful maybe a 2 MAAAAYBE a 3 when i needed to adjust it. I want to say this. It is tricky. It is however, possible. if need be i will post pictures of the method elsewhere and like how i did it with either human analog (egg and ziplock) or my one working testicle if i havent repeated the same process to it tonight. I will say that your sac does get sore almost raw feeling at 20 minutes. So breaks if neccessary. I hope i explained myself properly as english is a second language. If you would like i can try and picture my atrophied testicle if youd like to inspect it for whatever reason

If I may ask, what's your first language? I suppose it's really only relevant if you can tell me what Liautart meant by "Point d'Appui" - I think that translates as "fulcrum". What it sounds like is that you managed a bistournage castration with patience and repeating your work, where a horse or cow has enough room and tissue to fold the cord back on itself, and then tie things in place with some string.

The third step, or that of the torsion of the cord, now presents itself to our notice. To effect this, the "testicle must be firmly held at the bottom of the envelopes (Fig. 19), the left hand placed forward upon the cord, and the right behind and upon the testicle. The operator then gives to the organ a twist with the right hand by a motion of rotation from left to right and from without inwards, while with the other he draws upon the cord in the opposite direction. The result of this manipulation is to give to the gland half a turn around the cord (Fig. 20), which thus becomes displaced and takes a posterior position.

By a change in the action of the hands, but a repetition of the same movement, the right hand now acting on the cord, while the left is applied to the testicle, the remaining portion of the motion of rotation is performed, and a complete torsion of the spermatic support accomplished. By repeating this action, of course as many turns of the cord as may be thought necessary, can be secured, two, however, being generally found sufficient, although, in a few instances as many as four or five may be required—never more than that. The length of the cord is the principal controlling circumstance.
